Effective with the release of macOS Monterey 12.3, FormalAddress 4 will no longer work. If you wish to continue using FormalAddress it’s best to use an older system or a VM with a slightly older version of macOS.

To my absolute astonishment FormalAddress 4 works on macOS Big Sur 11.2 with two minor issues:
1) When you choose a new Workspace (usually Cmd-N) the previous formalized address is not cleared. Just resize the window a trifle to clear it.
2) The Stamp tool does not update its color when it changes state. You can hover over it to get the tooltip to see what state you’re in.

None of these issues will be fixed as FormalAddress is no longer for sale.
